Hi, my name is Claire, and I'm glad you're here. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for support and start looking for a therapist, and I respect that.

As a trauma trained therapist, I work to create a space where you can feel seen, heard and validated in all of your experiences, and where you can learn to feel safe in your body again. As a mom, I understand the challenges of motherhood and the toll it can take on mental health. That’s why I offer a therapy service specifically for mothers who are struggling with postpartum depression or other mental health issues. Finding support during this time is vital, and by working together, we can bring joy and ease back into your life.
Here's How It Works
First, schedule your free 15 minute consultation with me to make sure we are a good fit, and that I can meet your needs. I will answer any questions you might have during this time as well. We will meet for weekly or bi-weekly appointments that last 60 minutes. In these sessions I help you increase your confidence, put down your emotional baggage and meet your therapy goals.
