​Maybe you feel like you "shouldn't have problems" because of how your life looks on the outside.  Or sometimes you notice that your feelings and thoughts and reactions don't make sense to you, or match up with what is happening around you. Or maybe you feel like your past is always in your present, or like you are constantly overreacting to things but you don't know why.​ Or maybe you are a mom, any mom, a first time mom, a third time mom and you are struggling with feeling overwhelmed. Maybe you don't feel like yourself, or wonder if you ever will again. You may have suffered a loss, and are feeling angry and sad. ​​Perhaps you have tried the self help route, but find yourself coming back to the same problems over and over again, and you are wondering what steps you need to take next, or feeling disheartened by the whole process.

 Hi, my name is Claire, and I'm glad you're here.I firmly believe that you already hold the deep wisdom in your body and heart needed to create meaningful change. 

Change sometimes happens all at once, and sometimes it's moment by moment. It's my job to walk that path alongside you. As a trauma trained therapist, I work to c
reate a space where you can feel seen, heard and validated in all of your experiences, and where you can learn to feel safe in your body again. 

My clients who complete therapy with me feel more balanced, more confident, and less reactive. They develop the skills to handle life's challenges with more resilience and grace.

As a mom, I understand the challenges of motherhood and the toll it can take on mental health. That’s why I offer a therapy service specifically for mothers who are struggling with postpartum depression or other mental health issues. Finding support during this time is vital, and by working together, we can bring joy and ease back into your life.
